Absolutely. All sessions are protected by law and professional ethics. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with only rare exceptions (like risk of harm).
Your therapist will listen to your concerns, ask about your goals and history, explain how therapy works, and together you'll outline a plan. It's low-pressure and focused on getting to know you.
